🌿 1. Building the Project in ArchiCAD 27 + D5 Render Workflow

The Evergreen Modern Residence starts with a clean, minimal architectural layout modeled in ArchiCAD 27. This software provides accuracy, speed, and flexibility when developing detailed floor plans and 3D structures.

Once the model is linked to D5 Render, the scene comes to life instantly through:

Lighting plays a major role in shaping mood and realism. In my Easy Light Setting Tutorial, I walk through:
